How can I book a membership?
Booking is simple. On our website, click the Membership option. You will be redirected to our booking platform where you can create an account, select the membership or program that fits your needs, complete the purchase, and book your sessions.
What ages and skill levels do you accept?
We train boys and girls ages 7–18, from beginners to competitive and academy-level players.
 Sessions are offered multiple times per week, and we also provide once-per-week options for younger players and beginners.
Do you offer a free trial session?

Does my child need prior soccer experience?
Some soccer experience is recommended so players can fully benefit from the training environment. However, players of different levels can participate and develop through our structured training sessions.
What makes SPL different from regular soccer training?
Our Soccer IQ Lab training methodology combines technical development, game-based scenarios, and athletic training into one integrated system. Through TechLab stations and structured group training, players train in game-like situations with high repetition and constant decision-making. This creates a high-intensity learning environment where players receive structured feedback and develop real performance skills that translate directly to matches.
What should my child bring to training?
Players should bring indoor soccer shoes (no cleats), comfortable training clothes, and a water bottle.
 Shin guards are optional, but players are welcome to bring them if they prefer.
How often should my child train?
Most players train 1–3 times per week, depending on their goals and development level.
 Many competitive and club players use SPL as additional skill development training alongside their regular team practices.
Can parents track their child’s progress?
Yes. We measure performance through assessments, training data, and coach feedback, allowing players and parents to track improvement and development over time.
What is the training environment like?
