01. PERSONAL INFORMATION WE COLLECT

We refer to this information as “Booking & Contact Information.”
Important: We use an external booking software provider based in the United States. When you click through to our booking platform to schedule a session or make a purchase, your booking and payment information is collected and processed by that provider in accordance with their own privacy policy and terms. We may receive limited information from the provider, such as your booking details (date/time), service selected, payment status, and transaction reference.
When we talk about “Personal Information” in this Privacy Policy, we are referring to Device Information and Booking & Contact Information.
02. HOW DO WE USE YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION?
We use Booking & Contact Information to:
- Provide and manage bookings, passes, and memberships (including confirmations and reminders)
- Communicate with you about your sessions, questions, or requests
- Provide customer support
- Screen for potential risk, fraud, or misuse (where applicable)
- When in line with the preferences you have shared with us, provide you with information or advertising relating to our services
We use Device Information to:
- Help screen for potential risk and fraud (in particular, your IP address)
- Improve and optimize the Site (for example, by generating analytics about how visitors browse and interact with the Site)
- Assess the success of our marketing and advertising campaigns
03. SHARING YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION
We may share your Personal Information with third parties to help us operate, improve, and market our services as described above. For example, we may use analytics and marketing tools (such as Google Analytics and advertising pixels) to understand Site usage and measure campaign performance.

Please note that we do not alter our Site’s data collection and use practices when we see a Do Not Track signal from your browser.

Additionally, if you are a European resident, we note that we are processing your information to fulfill contracts we might have with you (for example, if you book a session or purchase a pass through our booking platform), or otherwise to pursue our legitimate business interests listed above. Please note that your information may be transferred outside of Europe, including to Canada and the United States.
07. DATA RETENTION
We will maintain your Booking & Contact Information for our records unless and until you ask us to delete this information, subject to any legal, tax, or accounting obligations.
08. CHANGES
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time in order to reflect changes to our practices or for other operational, legal, or regulatory reasons.
